3 T honey
3 T soy sauce
3 T blasamic vinegar
1 t fresh ginger
1 clove garlic (sliced)
2 t olive oil
4 mahi mahi steaks
salt and pepper to taste
1 T vegetable oil
I'd use less ginger next time
